Unlike a public restaurant, our Private Dining Experience offers exclusive use of a modern indoor venue with access to a private outdoor patio with string lighting — no crowds, no noise, and no competing parties. You and your guests enjoy a completely private, professionally hosted event in a stylish space designed for celebrating.

You’ll have:

• Your own timeline and flow (no rushed tables or wait times)

• Background music, ambient lighting, and optional enhancements like photo booths

We’re also located in the extremely popular Las Vegas Arts District, just minutes from the Strip but worlds away in atmosphere. If you’d like to keep the celebration going after your dinner, you’ll find dozens of bars, breweries, and restaurants just steps from our front door.

It’s a relaxed, stress-free experience that feels personal, curated, and memorable — without the limitations of a typical restaurant setting.

Our Private Dining Experience is ideal for rehearsal dinners, post-ceremony celebrations, milestone birthdays, team appreciation dinners, retirement parties, and other intimate gatherings.

Please Note: Our Private Dining Experience is best suited for relaxed, sit-down gatherings. It does not allow full wedding ceremonies or large-scale receptions, nor is it designed for baby showers, birthday parties with entertainment, or other social events that require extended time, décor setup, or dancing.

We partner with top-tier restaurants and catering partners like Maggiano’s and Fogo de Chão to provide catered meals, delivered fresh and set up onsite — giving you the flavor of your favorite spots in a private venue setting.

And here’s something most people don’t realize: it’s often more affordable to host a Maggiano’s or Fogo de Chão dining experience at our venue than booking a private room at the actual restaurant, with the added bonus of full privacy and a stress-free setup.

We do not allow outside vendors for our Private Dining Experience — this helps us maintain a streamlined, high-quality event flow. However, we’re happy to make an exception for photographers if you’d like someone to casually capture memories of your dinner.

Please note: DJs and external entertainment are not permitted, as this package is designed for relaxed, ambient celebrations rather than large-scale receptions.

At this time, we do not allow additional outside vendors beyond the exception noted above.

Outside cakes are not permitted. However, we offer custom celebration cakes through our trusted local bakery partner.

Cake orders are billed separately and do not count toward your minimum spend, but our team will happily coordinate the order to match your preferred style and guest count.

If you’d like us to slice, plate, and serve the cake, we charge a $2 per guest service fee. This includes disposable plates, forks, napkins, and full cleanup afterward.

To keep things simple and stress-free, we do not allow personal decorations for our Private Dining Experience. This ensures a clean setup, smooth turnaround between events, and a consistent elevated atmosphere for every guest.

The venue is already beautifully styled with ambient lighting, black linens, and a modern indoor/outdoor layout — so you won’t need to lift a finger to create a great vibe. If you're looking for a fully customizable event with décor options, we recommend exploring our full venue rental or all-inclusive wedding packages instead.

Our Private Dining Experience is designed for gatherings of up to 112 guests. This ensures a comfortable, elevated atmosphere with plenty of space for dining, toasting, and celebrating in style.

The amount to confirm your date depends on your total package amount. Please contact us to receive a quote and accurate retainer. Your remaining balance will be due 21 days prior to your event date. If your event is taking place within 21 days or less, the full balance is due at the time of signing.

The paid parking lot located on the corner of Commerce & Utah is directly across the street from our venue. This is our recommended parking lot for your guests. It is located at 1502 S. Commerce St., Las Vegas, NV 89102 and is only 30 seconds away from our main entrance. It can accommodate up to 111 cars.

There is also another eight parking lots within a five-minute walk to our location. Additionally, street parking in front of our venue on Utah, and Commerce, are also an option, with more parking on Main St. as well. Additionally, parking spaces at the city parking lot across the street can be rented out for your guests if requested with at least 30 days' notice.

The metered parking rate is $3 per hour. Parking can also be paid for on a cell phone by using the Flowbird App. Click here to download it.
