​We offer straightforward, transparent venue rental pricing designed to support a wide range of events, including corporate gatherings, brand activations, conferences, weddings, private celebrations, networking events, and social experiences. Our goal is to provide a professional, flexible environment with clear expectations so you can plan confidently and avoid surprise fees, unclear limitations, or hidden add-ons.

All venue rentals include exclusive use of the space for the duration of your contracted time. This ensures privacy for you and your guests, full access to the venue layout, and a controlled environment for vendors, setup, and breakdown. Whether you are planning a polished corporate production or an intimate private event, our pricing structure is designed to be simple, predictable, and fair.

Full-Day Venue Rental (14 Hours) – $4,250
The Full-Day Venue Rental is ideal for large-scale productions, weddings, conferences, and events that require extended setup time, longer event timelines, and full teardown flexibility. This option is commonly selected for events with multiple vendors, complex décor installations, extensive audiovisual needs, or detailed timelines.

You may select one of the following time windows:
8 AM to 10 PM or 10 AM to 12 AM

This rental structure allows ample time for vendor arrivals, event setup, guest experience, and end-of-night breakdown without feeling rushed. It is especially well-suited for clients who want flexibility and the ability to build a refined, high-quality event experience.

Standard Venue Rental (8 Hours) – $3,250
The Standard Venue Rental is ideal for most traditional events that fit within a streamlined timeline. This option works well for wedding receptions, corporate events, private parties, networking events, and celebrations that do not require extended production schedules.

The standard 8-hour rental includes:
2 hours for setup
5 hours of event time
1 hour for cleanup of personal items and décor

This structure supports a smooth event flow while keeping planning and costs predictable.

Important Rental Details
Rates are subject to change without notice. Venue rental rates may increase for select dates, holidays, or high-demand periods. Availability is limited and dates are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.
Additional rental hours may be available upon request and are subject to availability. All events must conclude by 11 PM unless otherwise approved in writing. Setup, teardown, and vendor deliveries or pickups must be completed within the contracted rental period.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that all vendors, planners, decorators, and service providers adhere to the contracted timeline. This helps maintain smooth operations and protects the venue schedule.

What Our Venue Rental Includes
All venue rentals include access to essential amenities, furniture, and infrastructure designed to support a wide range of event formats, from corporate meetings and productions to weddings and private celebrations.

The Essentials
Each venue rental includes required insurance coverage and access to an on-site cash bar. The bar offers beer, wine, and cocktails available for guest purchase by credit card or tap-to-pay. Clients receive their choice of standard table linens and floor plan setup of tables and chairs based on the approved layout.
